How hard is it? I have a plasma cutter and an air body saw, but the obvious complications look to be the hinge areas, the door handle area, and the impact beam. Can I get it off without messing that stuff up? Will the door become a floppy mess that will never be straight again?

Thanks guys. I am taking it off for modifications. I hate how front flares always have to dissapear at the door line, so I'm going to extend the flare into the door. It's gonna be fun.
