Ok, here is my two-bit 914 home operation....

Repair and recalibration of MPS's. I repair MPS's and recalibrate them to 037 and 043 spec when I have stock or I can rebuild your 2.0L MPS with a good donor diaphram from YOUR 1.7 MPS.
Cost is $50 to calibrate your good MPS, $100 if you supply the good parts
Cost is $200 for a rebuilt 037 or 043 MPS (out of stock right now)
shipping is extra
Located in Seattle, WA

Email me for details

Wanna explain the diff between 037 & the 043 & why its important?

yes, I am still doing it. Email as thats the way to get ahold of me.

Rich,
the 037 is for the 73 2.0l which uses the 73 1.7 ECU, a 1.7 CHT with a 270 ohm ballast resistor AND a MPS that is set up richer across the whole range compared to the later 2.0L stuff. Install a 037 on a good running 74-76 2.0L and its runs damn rich. The AA trick was to install the 037 on cars with lots of vacuum leaks to correct for the leaned out condition. Hmm. why not fix the vacuum leaks?
