I'm on a toll road to hell and can't see an exit. I was happy with the performance of my stock 2.0L six and had planed on just doing a restoration/ track prep until...
...I drove a friends Euro 3.0 equipped /6 complete with race rubber. This car was scary past 1/2 throttle. Bruce's comment sums it up; "a 914 wasn't made to go like this". To make matters worse, while at Barnes and Noble picking up some books for the kids, I quickly looked at the automotive section. Sitting out on top, was Wayne's new Engine rebuild book. I had to but it; didn't I? Now these bad thoughts of power and highway storming are bouncing around in my head. Is there a cure? can anyone tell me how to exit the devils highway? SOMEONE SHOW ME THE CW WAY! |

QUOTE(drew365 @ Jul 30 2003, 12:40 AM) What's a 375 GTB? Renegade isn't doing conversions to Ferrari's are they? I hope not. At least it would have a reliable engine in it (IMG:style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif) cheers, Jeroen (just posting bullshit remarks) |
