Cool award for the RRC., Fun with my new plasma cutter.... Options

For the RRC, we're giving awards made from 914 parts. One of the classes is the 'Frank Sinatra' award given for 'doing it my way'. This award may or may not be a compliment to the recipient. It will be given for either creative solutions or questionable engineering.

What is it? It's a home-made five-bolt conversion rotor made from its four-bolt counter part that has been 'custom' vented:
