I'm contemplating buying a welder. I saw this one at Harbor Freight. Is this unit worth looking into?

I have one similar to that. It isn't the greatest but it works. I couldn't justify spending $700 on something I only use once in a great while, and I am still learning how to weld, so I bought this unit cheap as a stepping stone into a bigger, better welder when I have the space and need to justify it.
