nearing the end of my 914 reassembly i came upon the the throttle cable. i cant seem to find a way to connect it to the throttle lever. Went through the Haynes and nadda. Could someone post a picture of their throttle lever connected to the throttle cable? Thanks in advance (IMG:http://www.914world.com/bbs2/html/emoticons/smilie_pokal.gif)

No pic, but I'll try to describe the attachment.

There's a "barrel nut" that the end of the cable slides into. A bolt threads into the nut, and pinches the solid end of the cable. The barrel nut itself rides in the holes in the end of the bellcrank on the throttle valve--it goes through both of the holes, and the gap in the middle is where the cable goes.

I hope this makes sense; if not then hopefully someone will get a picture up.
