nearing the end of my 914 reassembly i came upon the the throttle cable. i cant seem to find a way to connect it to the throttle lever. Went through the Haynes and nadda. Could someone post a picture of their throttle lever connected to the throttle cable? Thanks in advance (IMG:http://www.914world.com/bbs2/html/emoticons/smilie_pokal.gif)

Believe it or not, you can find barrel nuts that will work at Kragen. It comes in a "variety pack" of different sizes. It's in the section with the oddball hardware. I replaced a heater flap cable barrel nut with one of these. I think I had to drill the hole to make it a little larger to fit the cable end through it.
