Not a helicoil, it is a spark plug insert. For now, just go buy a new insert, and new plug. use some antiseeze on the plug threads (not the insert) but do not use it on the external insert threads. This is typical to happen, the insert comes out with the plug. I have driven many many years with inserts, but more often than not must replace teh insert with each plug change. sooner or later you'll wont a "proper" repair and have the heads removed, welded up, and re-drilled/tapped for the original plug size, in the mean time keep some spare inserts handy. Beware that that the threads int eh head holding the insert might be weak (not tapped correctly, heat damaged aluminum, etc...) so don't remove that plug anymore than needed, as you might find that the remaining threads in the head will strip, leaving you with no other option other than the "correct" repair.

good luck
