When it comes to esthetics, yes. But do something technical that he thinks is stoopid and you'll hear about it. When it comes to vision I'm not sure I have it. I have ideas that I think are good enough to attempt, but I don't (or can't) always visualize what the end result will be. This can lead to problems where design elements don't flow together well. I wish I could sketch better. And after staring at countless pictures for countless hours I've really come to appreciate how nice an original or well restored 914 looks. Not that I'll ever own one like that. I like my cars a little messed up so I don't feel bad doing stuff to 'em. |
