Any advice on repairing/ cleaning up the rust on the rear face of the headlight bucket?

..the stuff in the trunk was probably worth more than the whole car... master cylinder, calipers (front and back), brake lines, fuel injectors, fuel lines..etc...etc... all in and ready to ride...right to another garage where I could start the body work. |
