What numbers should I get when doing a compresion check on a 73 1.7 . Looking to establish the genaral condition of the engine. If it's good I keep it and throw away the progresive carb. and install F.I. IF it doesn't check out then a 2.0 with F.I. Dave (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smilie_flagge6.gif) |

He asked about a compression check not compression ratio. Damn, I was hoping to get away with a half-assed answer.
