I dont have a battery tray right now. I'm going to buy one and weld it in if an optima gel battery will fit on it. If not I'll just fab my own. Well, will it fit? BTW I did a search and turned up nothing battery related.

I run Optimas in both my 914s. One has it mounted in the trunk. The other is in the stock location on the stock tray. The terminals are backward but my stock cables worked fine without having to go to longer ones.
