I basically know very little about the 5-speed in my 75. What I do know is one of the ears
that are used to mount the tranny to chasis has broken. I have what I belive to be a replacement cover. Is this just a R&R deal or is there some hidden issues to swaping this piece that will suprise me when I start? Thanks guys. Tried a couple of searches but I am probably just calling this piece by the wrong name. Chris- |

New gasket, new O-ring for the speedo drive shaft. I forget if there's anything else you do to seal up the speedo drive or not. Support the trans securely when you unbolt the old tail cover.
