Mueller mentioned the idea of a Co-op for pro-level tools not needed often enough to justify buying them yourself. Here's an example of a Woodshop "Co-op"... maybe this would work as a model for regional

I think the main issue was the "city"....that area was zoned for auto/light industrial for years.....the "city" wanted to re-zone it for condos (IMG:http://www.914world.com/bbs2/html/emoticons/headbang.gif) the guy that owned the vacant lot across the street had some major clout and was pushing his own agenda for $$$$$$$$ |
