Im looking for a beater for back and forth to work. Just what subaru engine is everyone using for the 914 swap over and what body is it in? I figure I could drive my donor for a year or so untill such time as the swap over could be made. Just in the kicking around stage for now. (IMG:http://www.914world.com/bbs2/html/emoticons/wink.gif)

My wife had a svx for a year before we had kids. That motor was very smooth. SVX are known for having bad transimissions. Just make sure your auto trans is checked so it last a year or two before you hang out your motor. |
