Well, I finally fixed my speedo, which has been on my list for a while. It was going well until I tried to line up the damn numbers 00000 . What a pain in the ass! It kept lining up between 9 and 0 and I wasn't about to pull the needle off...

Here it is in pieces. I wasn't sure I'd get it back together.

You must have a LOT of patience!!!!! After I bent my bezel all to crap, I gave up and sent mine to N Hollywoos Speedo. Congrats, with glass it will look super.
