my reverse lights work, but i have to hold the shift lever hard into reverse to get them to light up. when i let go of the lever, the lights go out. i like the shifter position where it is, so is there any in/out adjustment available back at the switch?

On my 71, I would have to roll backwards a small bit before the light would come on. Then it started going on and off as I rolled backwards.
I replaced the reverse switch and the light comes on as soon as I put it in reverse and stays on. I didn't change the pin but should have. Its just a few bucks. Spoke |
