Okay... I decided to start a Gint-like thread and just post progress instead of starting a new subject each time I do something neat.
Latest project.... Pedal cluster rebuild. This is really VERY easy to do. I had the pieces powder coated. Installed new bushings. Cleaned up everything and reassembled. I'm also installing AJ billet pedals (I've got the billet gas pedal too). Attached image(s) ![]() |

Got Mueller's needle bearing installed on the right side a-arm. It required some sanding of the ends to get the sleeves to fit and then heating the sleeves in the oven to expand them.
22mm torsion bar from Smartracing (Sway-away power bar) is sitting there, as well as the new ball joint! The driver's side is in progress and is turning out to be a little harder than the first side. What fun! (IMG:style_emoticons/default/w00t.gif) Attached image(s) ![]() |
