Before I ruin something any tips for getting that cylinder out. I have my wheel off and the turn sig. switch assy. I can pull the cylinder out so far but I can't depress that spring keeper on the cylinder. If I can depress it will it come straight out? Thanks.

Couldn't re-key it so I modified the 70-71 cylinder I bought for $5.
This is what I am installing after maching the switch engagement drive. Notice how I had to drill a hole to get the old cylinder out, no fun. Also the tumbler I could re-key is shown. Attached image(s)
