i've touched a few, if that's enough for 'ya ... including two original m471 cars ...

smooth like the skin of a 16 year old girl, i'm absolutely certain they were butt-welded.

in fact, the two m471 cars flares were so smooth, you'd think they were *stamped* from one piece ...
