Got my 2nd 914!, $265 for a roller on the East coast, no HH rust!!! Options

That's right I dragged a second one home from NY and I'm not even done with the first.

This one has no HH rust. Pics to come tonight.

But now it's time for the truth.

Yes I bought the car

Yes it was $265 with keys and title

Yes it rolls

Yes it has an intact HH

Yes it has factory fron and rear sway bars

But that is about the end of the good

The longs are toast (both sides)

She sags in the middle


the floor is gone (drivers seat sitting 5 inches lower than passanger seat)

She droped parts all the way to Pittsburgh from Rochester NY

The drivers fron fender is rusted almost off

The back of the trunk is still attached to the rear bumper, but that whole assembly is no longer attached to the car.

In short even I can't save this one. And rust really doesn't scare me.

It was taken off the road 13 years ago and the battery removed (hence the good HH)

Then it was parked in a field and the weeds grew up around it and rotted it out from the bottom up.

I'm cutting her up this weekend at the BBQ and sending the hulk off to become a new car after being recycled

So please let me know if you need anything at all.

I'm cuttin out the parts that I need as well as those that other people request or that I can sell and then sending here off.

I'll save the viun tag to remember her by.
