I found what appears to be a tension rod installation tool. Homemade but done well.
If anyone is so inclined let me know and if youpay shipping it can be the 914club tool that can make the rounds. I will send it to someone who will then send it to the next person and so on. CCL Attached image(s) |

Tension rod as in the rear springs for the trunk lid? I used something like that to release my tension rods. It was an antique 18" pipe wrench. Very flat and with the same configuration as your tool.
