Car hasn't been on the road in awhile, but I'm working at getting it road worthy again. I've been staring at a detached vacuum hose, trying to figure out where it goes. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/confused24.gif)
Connects the distributor to who knows what. Haynes doesn't help me out on this one. It's a 1974 1.8 L-jet. Thanks in advance. - Bryan Attached thumbnail(s)

Thanks guys...
Let's see, camera is an older Nikon Coolpix. Takes great pictures. Really let's me see how dirty my engine compartment is. Yup, I've been looking all around the throttle body, following the 1.8 vacuum hose diagram on Pelican, but I can't find any place to stick this hose into... I've concluded that the diagram on Pelican is not an L-jet. Seems pretty bizarre that it would be hose-to-nowhere from the factory, but that's logical... I have a bunch of empty spots on my relay board, who says my vacuum hoses actually have to go somewhere? - Bryan |
