$500 to build the top race car for a 24 hours race (with a break in the middle for dinner - oh and a vote to crush one car outright - right then and there... The sponsors have the right to buy any car they feel is worth more then $500 on the spot. Meaning f you are trying to sneak in a $2000 car, and the hosts catch on, you are out $1500. its on the worng coast for me, but I was really tempted when I forts saw it.
