914 gurus, I am considering buying this instead of a rotissirie for my soon to start rust-o-ration on my 73' any input on why this would/would not work well? Anyone already used one of these things?

I have one,but I am afraid to use it on the 914. It works great on the rear wheel cars. I just do not want to put all that weight on my tranny and suspension (IMG:style_emoticons/default/sad.gif)

I have one,but I am afraid to use it on the 914. It works great on the rear wheel cars. I just do not want to put all that weight on my tranny and suspension (IMG:style_emoticons/default/sad.gif) I already have the engine and tranny out of the car, and i will gut the front trunk and interior first, I really just need to know if anyone who has used it thinks it is sturdy enough for holding everything steady while I cut out the hell hole and floor boards and replace them. I like the idea of a regualr rotissirie but it awfully big to have sitting around when I am done with it. thanks all for the input! |
