I guess I find it odd that they paid that much to restore this car and decided to "update" it with an aftermarket steering wheel and drivers seat. And how about the vague desdcription...jeez On the otherhand the ign switch is in the right place (IMG:style_emoticons/default/rolleyes.gif) |

Oooooo!! Strut tower braces! Yeah, those are really effective on a 914! After all, the rear trunk wall is at least four inches from the strut towers, so it can't possibly be controlling the lateral movement of those. And "bracing" the towers on the carpet, now that is a stroke of genius!
I wonder if they cut out the bulkhead in front of the gas tank just so they could install a front strut tower brace? --DD |
