The steering wheel on the 74 parts car is frozen, as in it won't turn. In my 70 I can turn the wheel without the key in the ignition, is this the way all
914 are or do you need to have the ignition turned
to on before the steering wheel can move??

If it needs to be on then what can you do if you
don't have a key?? Being able to turn the wheel
will make getting the car out much easier.
