All Germans who are 40 and under speak english. Andy tells me they where "forced" to take English classes for several years. We held them at gun point after WWII.
I wont swear to it, but I think it fly's in under the "federal" date. I know the guy who brings in the VW's doesnt do anything to them. Although it could be that they are too old. Check. B |
