I have a Zire 72 and it syncs well with Outlook. It also has a built in camera and Bluetooth so I can take photos and then beam files to and from my laptop. Palms are generally less expensive than the windows models. I used to have a Cassiopia, and I kind of liked the Windows OS better, but over-all, I'm pretty pleased with Palm. A word of advice... don't carry it in your pocket like a phone. The front screen is about $150 to replace.
