Last race was probably in '97. The engine currently installed was never in the car back then. It is freshly rebuilt by Erik after purchasing the components from Aircooled Racing in PA.
Erik put a lot of time into updating and improving the car. Testing at LRP was last year. Pretty sure they spent most of the time working out bugs and never got down to turning good lap times. It may require a little more sorting but it was regionally competetive before, so it should clean up at regionals in the hands of a good driver. |
