Hey everyone?
Iam not not a 914 owner but I have replica of 356 speedster on VW Bug pan and to day I have 1,3 boxer and gear box from bug In my car. But what I need to know is hear in Iceland are one man and him have porsche 914 ยด1975 and hi was whit 1,8 engine in side but he replace hear for 2,7 6,cylenders porsche engine and hi want too sell me the old engine. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/confused24.gif) But what I need to know is that du i have to remove the flywhell from the 1,8 engine and can I use My flywhell from mynd old engine? and how is the essyest way too get more HorsePower out of hhit engine? You may have to shave a little off the inside of your bell housing to fit the flywheel, I think it was 1966 and before but don't hold me to that..been a long time. The later trans has the clearance for the FW, like the guys said above sign up for Jakes forum, dosen't cost a thing and he should (will) have the answer for you. |
