Fun looking....but I would be unhappy if I ever got pulled over for no fenders.....have to look it up, but I think no fenders ARE allowed due to weight and year of manufacture. That's how the pre 40s hot rods get away with it. Hate to do up a bug and find out it was made to late to be exempt. Not mention turn signals and such....
