NV-based Altair Nanotechnologies, a supplier to all-electric vehicle maker Phoenix Motorcars.

This is the one that I am watching.
I think the application of nano-technology is farther along.
This has been tested, and the HUGE factor is they have eliminated the build up of heat.
Look at that company a bit more in depth.
