My girlfriend and I were visiting my parents this weekend. Took my 94 Audi S4 out (a great highway cruising car). Sunday afternoon we were heading out to visit my uncle, pulling out of the driveway, and I hear a loud scraping sound, followed by breaking plastic. Get out to look, and a hump in the driveway had ripped the front airdamn almost right off the car. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/headbang.gif)
The airdamn is cracked, and all of the mounting tabs are broken. I'm thinking the damage is going to be pretty expensive. When I saw what happened, it was like a kick to the junk! I'm going to try to claim insurance on it, we'll see how that goes today. Dealing with the Government run car insurance can be fun. Damn lowered cars! Sorry, just feeling sory for myself, but that car is my baby. |
