I have a manta exhaust and over the past couple days it is going away, shedding parts.

I now have one side completely open...

What exhaust is recommended and how can i get it to my area quickly endangering the least amount of civilians possible?

Go with a Bursch, or a triad muffler. Best bang for the buck is the triad. Aaron had one, kinda loud. Bursch is about the same noise-wise with a glasspack.
