Does anyone know if the lower warm air guides(parts 11 and 12 in the diagram) are crucial for either engine ccoling or cabin heating? Mine are missing and my car runs a little hot, so I didn't know if having these would make a difference.

besides protecting the pushrod tubes, they also help secur the heat xchangrs to the case. i would put them on.
