I was looking around my engine compartment this morning and noticed a hose that doesn't hook up to anything on one end. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/dry.gif) I looked through my Haynes manual but couldn't find a good picture of it there either. My hope is that someone here will be able to shed some light on WTF this thing is supposed to connect to.

This is a '74 2.0.

Sorry for the cell phone pics, hopefully clear enough to get the general idea. If not I can post high-res pics this evening.

edit: This is a rubber hose.

LOOKS like the head breather hose which goes to a collector hanging near the left tab that holds the bellows rod and then up and into the air cleaner.
