Still trying to hone in my webers. I'm getting a little black smoke and quite a bit of gas smell from my weber 40's on an otherwise stock 2.0 L engine (no modified cam).

32mm venturis

F11 Emulsion

55 Idle Jets

125 Main

180 Air

The car pulls fairly nice... but I'm hoping to... avoid NOXing myself and others as I drive...

Whats the displacement?
I've got 28 mm vents in my 40 ide webers on a 2.0 liter. The jetting is all as you note except I'm at 50 idles and 120 mains.

Even with my leaner jets, I get black smoke and sooty pipes unless I dail in some air with the "air corrector jets". Some folks say these should be screwed all the way in, but my car runs way better with quite a lot of air bleeding in through those. I have 'em all three full turns out from the base.
