l can't fully recall how it worked.
What I think, electric motor in the base geared to a large steel cable somehow feed inside the center tire, of a 3 tire display. I am looking into the idea of using this type of display at the shop. |

If you rotate the stack of tires, at the bottom, as you have it in your illustration, it appears they are flipping around side to side.
You might try making a small scale model of this and see if it works for you before going to a full size display. CCL |
