Monday night the planning board voted to permit construction of SCCA backed track on 600+ acres. There will be no spectator events, the track will be for clubs use only. Palmer is roughly halfway between Albany and Boston and the track will be minutes off the Mass Pike. And 15 minutes from home. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)

News to me. Maybe great news for me. Not much on the NER or SCCA sites about it though. Looks like I'll be joining another car club. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/happy11.gif)
