Hi All! Just wanted to say thanks for all the help I have received directly and through others posts on how to get my little teener running right. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/piratenanner.gif)

After pulling the engine to get some oil leaks plugged, I added some new hoses, new fuel lines, refreshed injectors (thanks Dr Evil) and replaced a few bad wires. Tonight , for the first time since March, I took my 914 for a spin. Through a few twisty streets, some 45 mph city driving and an exit to exit sprint on I-75, he purred right along.

Now for the questions that come with finally being able to drive her for a SHORT while. Where does the oil temp gauge usually stay at when at operating temp. My gauge, with the short red zone, stayed right over the m in the word Temp. Does this sound good? Second, Where is a good wire in the engine bay that I can tap into for switched power to my aux. oil cooler fan?

Again, THANKS for all of your help, and all of the help I know I will need as my passion (read sickness) continues.
