I tweaked my back a little last night while welding my engine cart together (which turned out awesome, by the way).
It hurt today, but was feeling better tonight so I went back out to the garage to rebuild a 3 ton jack. Well, suddenly I realized that my back really hurt. And now I can only limp around like an old man. I had to have my wife take my boots off for me. I am going to bed. This blows! Zach |

Sounds like you have a trigger point in your back, its likely your prognosis is good if you follow the suggestions posted.
I on the other hand just worked for 2 years in pain and damaged my tendons , ligaments along with the mussel tissue, nerves etc in my back. Theres no fix for that but it did get me into 914s so its a good thing, not a bad thing! Really!! I urge you to listen to your body and don't screw around get on top of the problem now... |
