I tweaked my back a little last night while welding my engine cart together (which turned out awesome, by the way).
It hurt today, but was feeling better tonight so I went back out to the garage to rebuild a 3 ton jack. Well, suddenly I realized that my back really hurt. And now I can only limp around like an old man. I had to have my wife take my boots off for me. I am going to bed. This blows! Zach |

same thing I had a year ago. If you are tall and north of 180 lbs it does not help!
My solution was physical therapy for 2 weeks and I stretch every day 1st thing when I wake up. Part of the fun of growing old. Havent had a problem since. John |
