www.irfanview.com is a free image editing program - it lets you batch downsize photos and more.

if you don't want to downsize your photos to load here - you can get an acct at www.pbase.com for $20 a year and upload full res there. you can zip a whole file of pics and then uploaded the zipped folder in one shot - the put a link to the gallery in any of your posts.

Or you could use Gimp which is an OpenSource(free) program that is compatible with and comparable to PhotoShop.

You can also sign up for Flickr to host your photos online. It's also a free service.
