www.irfanview.com is a free image editing program - it lets you batch downsize photos and more.

if you don't want to downsize your photos to load here - you can get an acct at www.pbase.com for $20 a year and upload full res there. you can zip a whole file of pics and then uploaded the zipped folder in one shot - the put a link to the gallery in any of your posts.

I've been using Irfanview for years. It serves 90% of my image needs.

BTW folks, it would still be greatly appreciated if when you post images from another site they aren't wider than 800 pixels and create horizontal scroll bars (for most users, I know it doesn't apply to peeps with ginormous monitors). yuk...
