With my daughter living in Pittsburgh about 300 miles from me, it got to be a pain for me to swap our old Audi's when hers developed some problem.
So we looked for something that wouldn't break the bank and would have AWD. She got used to the creature features in the A6 (heated leather seats, sunroof, climate control, 6-CD changer, great sound system. We couldn't find any new vehicles she liked under $25k. Then we found this one at Bobby Rahal Jaguar in Wexford just north of the 'burgh. Super clean 2007 A4 with just over 30K miles. Black on black. Has 2.0L turbo 4-cylinder. This car's got some pickup. 6-speed automatic with tiptronic. Has about 1 year and about 18K miles left on the factory warranty. The dealer had put new tires, new brake pads, and 4-wheel alignment. She gets unlimited free car washes whenever she wants and a loaner car if she brings it in for service. If it needs Audi attention, they will just run it down to the local Audi garage in Sewickley for her. Got a question for anyone who owns a late model A4: Notice the license plate on the front. When I took it off (PA doesn't require a front plate), I was shocked to find that the center part of the grill where the plate is is actually indented for the plate. It seems the PA cars don't have this indentation. Is this center piece something I can change to get rid of the front plate? Attached image(s) |
