I asked this question on the Automotive Forums and no one seems to want to help, but I know I can count on you guys

I have a 1998 K1500 Silverado, Today I noticed I have no rear brake lights, the 3rd brake light is working as is all the other lights, 4 ways turn, etc.. I removed the rear lens and tested at the plug and I have no power there or at the connector under the rear of the truck, I looked for the brake light switch but didn't see it (my 1990 was very visable)
Any Ideas??
