During the WCC, I borrowed a 914 from a fellow member*

I knew his car had the Koni Sport Adjustible shocks on it and I had never driven in a car that had them (or I didn't know it)...my last few 914s had Bilstiens which seemed too stiff for me.

On Friday for the drive down to Monterey with my wife, she had commented on the stiff ride...being the dummy that I am, I made the assumtion that the shocks are already on the softest setting....boy was I wrong....once I did get around to putting the Konis on thier lowest setting it was like driving a brand new car, oh the ride was so much better on the street. As I get older, I do want a nice, comfy ride once in a while...the Koni Sports are the way to go for a dual purpose vehicle, tune them for auto-x or track use and make them stiff and crank them back down for the ride home and keep those fillings in your teeth (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)

*thanks again Mike !!!
