Hey guys, (and gals)
Tracking down my intermittent fuel pump cutout prob. Got it traced all the way (using the flow charts on PP tech site) to either the fuse block (tight and clean) or the ignition switch. Here's what happens: relay 74 only gets that 1.5 second "blast" current intermittently. Does the ignition switch actually carry the current for the fuel pump? I can hear the relay click fairly reliably, but the pump doesn't run. I just got done cleaning/resoldering the relay board-which I thought solved it. (silly me) (IMG:style_emoticons/default/wacko.gif)
Before I replace YET ANOTHER unnecessary part (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smash.gif) (electrical portion of ignition switch) I'd like to know if it really does carry the current for the pump.
Thanks...

Eric
