It's time. I'm busy enough and I'm tired of working in such a small space. My first shop served its purpose for getting things rolling, but I've been in serious need of more room.
My landlord is very easy to deal with and has allowed me to transfer my current lease to a bigger space in the same complex. From 1250 square feet to 2800. I'm moving on March first.
